Repair
How long does a repair take?
A screen or battery with the part in stock is repaired the same day, often in 30 to 60 minutes. If the part must be ordered, allow 2 to 5 business days, and 3 to 7 days for an Ultra or foldable screen. You get a text as soon as your phone is ready.
Do you use original parts?
For screens, you choose between a Standard part (compatible, lower price) and Premium (original quality). Some iPhones may show a “non-genuine part” message after a repair done outside the manufacturer. The phone works normally, and we tell you before we start.
Are repairs under warranty?
Yes. 12 months for a Premium screen, 6 months for a Standard screen or a battery, 3 months for other parts, and 30 days on the replaced part after water damage. The warranty covers part and workmanship defects, not new drops.
Do I need an appointment?
No, we see you with or without an appointment. Booking online guarantees your part is ready when you arrive.
Should I back up my data first?
It is recommended before any repair. If you don’t know how, we can do it for you. During a simple repair, we never look at the contents of your phone.
Recovery
What are my chances of recovering my data?
It depends on the phone’s condition and whether it is locked. Before we start, we assess your chances for free and give you a firm price.
And if it doesn’t work?
You pay nothing. No data recovered, no charge. And when it works, you see the list of recovered files before you pay.
How long does it take?
24 to 48 hours for a working phone. 3 to 10 business days for a dead, broken or wet phone. We keep you informed at every step.
My phone fell in water. What should I do?
Turn it off, don’t charge it and don’t put it in rice. Bring it in as soon as possible: corrosion progresses every hour. The diagnostic takes 24 to 48 hours while the phone dries.
Memories
Can data be recovered without the passcode?
Sometimes. We explore the legal options: a passcode known to the family, iCloud or Google backups, and Apple’s and Google’s official procedures for deceased users’ accounts. Some encrypted phones remain inaccessible, and we tell you so plainly.
What if the phone is locked or missing?
We can also create your kit from the photos, videos and voicemails your loved ones have kept. No family is turned away.
What documents are required?
The death certificate and proof that you are the estate liquidator or an heir, such as the will or a declaration of heredity.
Who can make the request?
The estate liquidator or an heir. If several family members are involved, one person signs the authorization and everyone can receive a copy.
How long until we receive the kit?
From the meeting where you choose the photos and messages: 1 to 2 weeks for Essential, 2 to 3 weeks for Memory, 3 to 5 weeks for Heritage. If the funeral is in the next few days, our express service prepares the slideshow and display photos first.
What do you do with our data afterward?
They are securely deleted within 30 days of the kit handover, unless you choose to have your memories hosted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
