Agreement

Two options to choose from

Option 1: Referral

15 %

You mention the service, Ravive Mémoire does the rest.

  • You hand out our brochure or tell families about the service
  • Ravive Mémoire handles first contact, the meeting, the kit and the handover
  • 15% commission on every kit sold to a family you referred. Example: $112 on a $749 Memory kit.
  • Referred families are identified by a code unique to your funeral home, printed on your brochures

Option 2: Integration

Our kits become part of your funeral packages.

  • You add one of our kits to your own packages
  • Partner price 20% below the public price
  • You set the final price for your families
  • Ravive Mémoire handles recovery and production, and delivers the kit to the family or to your funeral home, as you prefer

Payment and reporting

  • Commissions paid monthly by transfer, with a detailed statement (date, package, amount)
  • Option 2: invoices sent when each kit is delivered, payable within 30 days

Our commitments

  • Treat every family with respect, discretion and gentleness
  • Never contact a family unless they have asked us to
  • Protect all data under Law 25 and delete it after the kit is handed over
  • Meet announced timelines, or warn the family and the funeral home in advance of any delay

Term of the agreement

  • One year, automatically renewed
  • Either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice

How it works

Three steps, nothing to manage

  1. You refer the family

    A brochure handed over or a word from you is enough.

  2. We take care of everything

    Authorization, recovery, sorting and creating the kit, with care and discretion.

  3. The family receives its kit

    In person, at a quiet moment. We can deliver in time for the funeral.
